What this is
The LPCS Portal at lpcsportal.org is provided by Lakewood Park Christian School for the use of enrolled students, their parents and guardians, and School employees. These terms govern its use.
The Portal is not a shop. Nothing is sold through it, and it carries no advertising, affiliate links or promotional content of any kind.
Who may use it
Accounts are issued by the School to enrolled students, their parents and guardians, and employees. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Access ends when enrolment or employment ends.
Students of all ages use the Portal as part of their education. Parents who do not wish their child to use it should contact the School.
Acceptable use
Use the Portal only for school purposes, and only for records you are authorised to see. Do not attempt to access information belonging to others, interfere with the Portal's operation, or submit unlawful, harassing or deliberately false content. Students are also bound by the School's acceptable use policy for technology.
The School may suspend access where these terms are breached.
Text messages
Text messages are sent only to people who have consented in the Portal. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or call the School at 260-925-1393. Consent is not a condition of enrolment or employment.
Content you submit
You keep whatever rights you have in what you submit. You grant the School permission to store and use it for the purpose it was submitted for. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
Availability
The School provides the Portal as it is and does not guarantee it will be available without interruption. The School may change or withdraw features.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, the School is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Portal. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Changes
The School may update these terms. The current version's date is shown above.
